Wild Ones Enduro is the crew app for people who ride. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It applies to the Wild Ones Enduro mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Our Terms of Use and Riding Waiver govern your use of the Service alongside this policy.
The short version: we collect what we need to run your crews, rides, and chat, and nothing more. We don’t sell your data. We don’t run ads. The app uses no third-party analytics or tracking. Our website uses Google Analytics to see how it’s used. You can delete your account and your data at any time.
The Service is operated by Wild Ones Enduro LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as Wild Ones Enduro (“we,” “us,” “our”). Reach us any time at support@wildonesenduro.com.
We only collect information that helps the Service work for you and your crew.
Wild Ones Enduro is passwordless. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send you. We store your email so we can identify your account and sign you in. We never ask for or store a password.
Your display name, your profile photo if you upload one, your skill level, and the city and state you type in. Riding styles are set on crews, not on rider profiles.
Crews you create or join, your role in them, rides you post or RSVP to, and the details attached to a ride, including the title, the meet-up spot you type in, the start time, an optional estimated finish, the minimum skill level, whether the ride is crew-only or public, and the description. Some of this is shared with other members by design. See How information is shared.
The app does not access your device location. It does not use GPS, and it does not ask for location permission.
Where a place appears in the app, such as your city and state or the meet-up spot on a ride, you typed it in yourself. We store that text and share it with the crew or ride you posted it to.
If we add location features later, we will update this policy and ask your permission before the app uses your location.
Messages, reactions, and read status in crew chat and ride chat. These are stored so your crew can see the conversation and so unread badges work.
Bikes you add to your garage, including make, model, year, hours, and photos. Your garage is private to you. No other rider can see it, and there is no option to share it.
When you upload a photo, the image is compressed on your device and stored with our hosting provider. Only pick images you’re comfortable storing with the Service.
When you flag content or report a rider, ride, or crew, we save a record of that report: who filed it, what was reported, which crew’s admins handle it, the reason you picked (spam, harassment, inappropriate, safety, or other), any note you typed, the status, who resolved it, and when it was filed and resolved.
We keep report records permanently. Once a report is resolved or dismissed, the record stays. We keep them so we can spot repeat offenders and so we have a history if the same account is reported again. Report records are not deleted on request.
Two limits on that:
When you block someone, we store who blocked whom and when. Nothing else.
So chat and ride notifications can reach you, we store a notification token for each device you install the app on. We keep the token itself, which account it belongs to, whether the device is an iPhone or an Android, and when the token was last updated.
Turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
To keep the Service secure and working, our infrastructure providers process standard technical data such as your device type, app version, and IP address as part of normal network requests. We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs in the app.
This website, not the app, uses Google Analytics loaded through Google Tag Manager. When you visit, Google sets cookies and processes standard data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you reached us. We use it only to understand and improve how the site is used. We don’t use it for advertising and we don’t track you across other sites. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
If you sign up on this website to be notified at launch, we use your email only to email you about the launch. You can ask us to remove it any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. Information is shared only in these ways:
Your data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) and protected by access controls. Data is encrypted in transit between your device and our servers. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we need to keep some of it to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Report records are kept permanently, as described in Reports & blocks. Content you shared into a crew, such as chat messages, may remain visible to that crew.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what we collect, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise any of them, email support@wildonesenduro.com and we’ll help. We don’t sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Wild Ones Enduro is for riders 18 and older. The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, contact us at support@wildonesenduro.com and we’ll remove it and close the account.
The Service may link to third-party sites we don’t control, such as our merch store. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we’ll give notice through the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
This policy and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
