Privacy Policy

Effective: July 13, 2026  ·  Last updated: July 13, 2026

Wild Ones Enduro is the crew app for people who ride. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It applies to the Wild Ones Enduro mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The short version: we collect what we need to run your crews, rides, and chat — nothing more. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run ads, and we don’t use third-party analytics or tracking. You can ask us to delete your account and data any time.

Who we are

The Service is operated by the Wild Ones Enduro team (“we,” “us,” “our”). You can reach us any time at support@wildonesenduro.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information that helps the Service work for you and your crew.

Account & sign-in

Wild Ones Enduro is passwordless — you sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send you. We store your email so we can identify your account and sign you in. We never ask for or store a password.

Profile

Information you add to your profile, such as your display name, riding styles and skill level, and any profile photo you choose to upload.

Crews, rides & RSVPs

Crews you create or join, your role in them, rides you post or RSVP to, and the details attached to a ride (meet-up spot, time, skill level). Some of this is shared with other members by design — see How information is shared.

Chat & messages

Messages, reactions, and read status in crew chat and ride chat. These are stored so your crew can see the conversation and so unread badges work.

Your garage

Bikes you add to your garage — make, model, year, hours, and photos. Your garage is private to you unless you choose to share it.

Photos & images

When you upload a photo (profile, bike, or otherwise), the image is compressed on your device and stored on our hosting provider. Only pick images you’re comfortable storing with the Service.

Technical information

To keep the Service secure and working, our infrastructure providers process standard technical data such as your device type, app version, and IP address as part of normal network requests. We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs in the app.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and sign you in.
  • To run the core features — crews, rosters, rides, RSVPs, chat, and your garage.
  • To send you a sign-in code, and to send service messages such as important changes to the Service.
  • To keep the Service safe, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
  • To respond when you contact support.

If you sign up on this website to be notified at launch, we use your email only to email you about the launch. You can ask us to remove it any time.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. Information is shared only in these ways:

  • With your crew, by design. Your display name, profile, RSVPs, and chat messages are visible to other members of the crews and rides you take part in. That’s how the app works — think of it like a shared crew space.
  • With service providers. We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the app and store data on our behalf — notably Supabase for our database, authentication, and file storage. They process data only to provide those services to us.
  • For legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.
  • In a business transfer. If the Service is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that deal.

Where your data is stored & how we protect it

Your data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) and protected by access controls. Data is encrypted in transit between your device and our servers. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we need to keep some of it to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Content you shared into a crew (such as chat messages) may remain visible to that crew.

Your choices & rights

  • Access & update. You can view and edit your profile, garage, and crew information directly in the app.
  • Delete your account. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing support@wildonesenduro.com.
  • Leave a crew. You can leave any crew at any time from within the app.
  • Marketing email. If you joined our launch list, you can unsubscribe by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information — such as the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise any of these, contact us at support@wildonesenduro.com and we’ll help.

Children

Wild Ones Enduro is intended for riders aged 16 and older. It is not directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 16 has given us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites we don’t control, such as our merch store. Their privacy practices are their own — please review their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we’ll give notice through the Service. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Governing law

This policy and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
