Delete Your Account

App: Wild Ones Enduro  ·  Last updated: July 14, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your Wild Ones Enduro account and the data associated with it, what gets deleted, and what we may need to keep.

Wild Ones Enduro is developed by the Wild Ones Enduro team. You can request account deletion at any time — from inside the app or by using the form below.

In short: send us a deletion request from the email address on your account and we’ll permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days. There is no cost, and you don’t need to give a reason.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easier — both reach the same place.

Option A — use the form on this page

  1. Enter the email address you use to sign in to Wild Ones Enduro in the form below.
  2. Confirm you understand the deletion is permanent, then press Request account deletion.
  3. Your email app opens a pre-filled message to support@wildonesenduro.com — just press send.
  4. We verify the request comes from your account email and delete your account and data within 30 days. We’ll email you to confirm when it’s done.

Option B — email us directly

Send an email from your account’s email address to support@wildonesenduro.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. That’s all we need to get started.

Must be the email address you use to sign in, so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:

  • Your account and sign-in email.
  • Your profile — display name, riding styles, skill level, and profile photo.
  • Your garage — bikes you added and their photos.
  • Your crew and ride participation — memberships, roles, and RSVPs.
  • Photos and images you uploaded to the Service.

What may be kept, and for how long

A few things are handled differently so the app keeps working for other riders and so we can meet our legal obligations:

Data
What happens to it
Account, profile & garage
Permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
Chat messages you sent to a crew
Your account is removed, but messages you shared into a crew may remain visible to that crew. On request we can delete or de-identify them where technically possible.
Backups
Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our provider’s normal backup cycle, within 30 days.
Records we must keep by law
Limited information needed to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements is retained only for as long as required, then deleted.

Data is stored with our hosting provider, Supabase. For full detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
